Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support the Vaccines, Infectious Disease and General and Specialty Medicine Global Research Management team within Global Medical and Scientific Affairs.
• Support internal business initiatives and shadow observational research projects related to reimbursement activities, publications, or regulatory commitments.
• Ensure real-world data generation is high quality, compliant, and aligned with SOPs and policies.
• Confirm supplier services meet external agreements and study protocols.
• Operationalize scientific research for on-time delivery of data demonstrating product and vaccine value.
• Manage timelines, track deliverables, and facilitate meetings and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support process automation and study close-out improvements.
• Create onboarding materials, resource review forms, compliance checklists, automated workflows, and dashboards.
• Support observational research through data collection, quality control, and analysis.
• Organize system repositories and prepare study-related documents and templates.
• Shadow a current Research Manager.
• Present project results and recommended actions at the end of the internship.
