Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a CDx Portfolio Manager to oversee the portfolio and projects within the Precision Medicine Team. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external CDx partners to ensure milestones, decisions, risks, and budgets are tracked and aligned.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with portfolio tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Biology or related scientific discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years industry experience in pharma, biotech and/or IVD company.
• Proficiency with portfolio tracking and management.
• Experience with budget tracking and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external CDx partners.

Aufgaben

• Manage CDx portfolio and projects within the Precision Medicine Team.
• Support Diagnostics Alliance Manager with CDx collaboration management, project scoping, budget accruals, and forecasting.
• Support CDx partner engagement, new project scoping, contract review coordination, budget accruals, forecasting, and variance tracking.
• Coordinate CDx project timelines, meeting agendas, minutes, action items, follow-ups, and status updates across internal stakeholders and external diagnostic partners.
• Track project risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation plans, escalating timeline/quality/scope/budget impacts.
• Maintain centralized CDx portfolio and project tracking tools covering programs, milestones, deliverables, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Organize internal and external CDx documentation repositories, including SharePoint sites, project records, templates, trackers, and partner-facing materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Biology or related scientific discipline preferred

• Experience with budget tracking and forecasting
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external CDx partners
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities
• Previous experience in drug-diagnostics co-development is desirable but not required
