Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation sucht eine/n studentische/n Mitarbeiter/in (HR-Assistenz) in Teilzeit. Sie unterstützen administrative Tätigkeiten, bereiten Arbeitsverträge und Bescheinigungen vor und erfassen Änderungen der Arbeitszeiten.

Sie arbeiten eng mit internen und externen Kontakten zusammen und erhalten eine individuelle Einarbeitung sowie vielfältige Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Remote-Optionen sind vorhanden.

Qualifications

• Derzeit Studium (Wirtschafts- oder Psychologie) mit Schwerpunkt HR.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Aufgaben, inkl. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Bescheinigungen, sowie Erfassung von Änderungen der Arbeitszeiten.
• Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Kontakten.
• Individuelle Einarbeitung und vielfältige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

• You are currently studying (Business) Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or a comparable degree program, and you bring enthusiasm for Human Relations, ideally complemented by initial experience in the HR environment.
• You are characterized by open and empathetic communication as well as an independent and structured way of working, whereby a high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you is a matter of course.
• Furthermore, you have good MS Office skills and a quick grasp, which enables you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and systems.
