Zusammenfassung

Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation sucht ein Praktikant/Praktikantin im Bereich Workplace & Office Management in Ulm. Sie unterstützen Wareneingang, Zollabfertigung und Versand und arbeiten im Fuhrparkmanagement mit. Zudem helfen Sie bei Prozessen, Flächenplanung und Gebäudebetrieb.

Sie sind studentisch eingeschrieben in Real Estate Management oder BWL und bringen schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Kommunikationsstärke mit; vor Ort in Ulm arbeiten Sie hands-on im Team.

Qualifikationen

• Studentin/Student im Fach Real Estate Management oder BWL oder vergleichbar, ab Sommersemester 2027 Praktikum.
• Schnelle Einarbeitung, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch, gerne im Büro vor Ort in Ulm.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei Wareneingang, Zollabfertigung, Paketannahme und Versand.
• Unterstützung im Fuhrparkmanagement sowie bei der Prozessbeschreibung und -optimierung.
• Mitwirkung im Gebäudemanagement, Flächenplanung und Instandhaltung der Gebäude.

Your tasks

As an intern (m/f/d/x) in the Workplace & Office Management unit, you will support our team in incoming goods, including customs clearance, parcel acceptance and shipping. Your Tasks will include support in fleet management and in the creation, description and optimization of processes. You will gain insights into facility management and actively shape space planning, workplaces and the administration and maintenance of our buildings. In addition, you will support us in commissioning and controlling service providers as well as in the organization and moderation of appointments and meetings. If required, you will also be involved in cross-team issues of our Governance & Business Services business unit.

Your profile

You are an enrolled student (m/f/d/x) in the unit of real estate management, business administration or a comparable course of study and are looking for an internship from the summer semester 2027 onwards in which you can apply and deepen your theoretical knowledge in practice. You are characterized by fast induction, a willingness to take responsibility, reliability, solution-oriented Work and empathetic communication. You would like to work on site together with your colleagues in the office in Ulm and would like to actively support the team with your hands-on mentality. Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
