Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a capable Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support Agile practices, and guide a cross-functional fintech team. You’ll run daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives, and work closely with individuals through regular 1:1 meetings.

You will help develop team members, participate in performance reviews, track metrics in Jira, and blend Scrum leadership with people management.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Experience facilitating Scrum/Agile ceremonies.
• Previous experience in people management.
• Experience conducting 1:1 meetings with team members.
• Experience supporting professional development of team members.
• Experience participating in or conducting performance reviews.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Desirable: Experience with Agile/team metrics.
• Desirable: Experience with AI tools to collect, filter, structure, or share information.
