Jobtailor seeks an experienced Scrum Master to promote agile values, support self-organized teams, and collaborate with the Product Owner through all Scrum events.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in software development.
• Understanding of the different roles and perspectives within a cross-functional team.
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master.
• Agile certifications.
• Familiarity with application development, ideally in an AI environment.
• Good knowledge of banking operations and technical processes.
• Practical experience applying planning methods, techniques, and tools.
• Fluent German, at least C1 level.
• Good English skills, B2 level.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative leadership style.
• Experience working in agile teams, ideally in banking or fintech.

Aufgaben
