Job summary

Eton Bridge Partners Ltd is looking for an Interim Senior Financial Controller to join an international manufacturing group in Germany Hessen for a six-month assignment. The role reports to Finance Leadership and focuses on controlling and profitability improvements across two sites.

You will drive standard costing, cost control, and SAP manufacturing modules while collaborating with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Strong background in manufacturing finance and plant/site controlling.
• Deep SAP expertise, including manufacturing modules.
• Fluent German with business-level English.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with excellent communication.

• Support plant operations and leadership teams, across 2 key manufacturing sites
• Driving cost control, standard costing processes, and profitability analysis/improvement across the sites
• Partnering across the supply chain and commercial teams, including demand planning activities
• Leading finance support for an upcoming SAP upgrade project

Candidate Profile:

• Strong background in manufacturing finance ..and plant/site controlling experience
• Deep SAP expertise - including manufacturing modules
• Fluent German, with a minimum of business-level English
• Proven ability to handle a number of priorities, combined with excellent communication skills
