Job Summary

As an Installer at JD.com, Inc., you will be responsible for the efficient and safe installation of a variety of products, ranging from home appliances and furniture to complex electronics, at customer locations. Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver products to customer homes or businesses.
• Unpack, assemble, and install a diverse range of products according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Conduct pre‑installation checks and post‑installation testing to ensure proper functionality.
• Educate customers on product usage, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns professionally and courteously.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including installation reports, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback forms.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient installations.
• Identify and report any product defects or damage during the installation process.

Job Qualifications
