Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Safely transport and deliver products to customer homes or businesses. \* Unpack, assemble, and install a diverse range of products according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. \* Conduct pre-installation checks and post-installation testing to ensure proper functionality. \* Educate customers on product usage, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting. \* Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns professionally and courteously. \* Complete all necessary documentation, including installation reports, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback forms. \* Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order. \* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. \* Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient installations. \* Identify and report any product defects or damage during the installation process.
