Become part of the WINNINGTEAM+ as a Inside Sales Representative Netherlands (m/f/d) in Hennef (Sieg).

Your tasks

  • As the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from prospective and existing customers from our Dutch-speaking markets, you will advise on our product and service portfolio, work out customer-specific requirements and needs, and in the process qualify the specific inquiries according to defined classifications
  • For the most qualified leads, you will be responsible for scheduling an on-site consultation at the customer’s location with one of our field sales representatives. In some cases, you may also prepare price offers yourself and send them directly to the customer
  • You will organize and document all your activities in our CRM and ERP system
  • In addition to handling inbound inquiries, you will also perform targeted outbound activities to approach potential prospects or existing customers in this new market
  • Support for various activities such as translation, diverse research, etc

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training or initial professional experience in a commercial or customer-facing role. Career starters and candidates with experience from internships, student jobs, or similar are welcome·
  • Strong communication skills in business fluent Dutch and at least conversational English. Knowledge of German is an advantage but not a prerequisite
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, ERP, MS Office), no advanced expertise required
  • A confident manner, quick comprehension, pronounced empathy, enjoyment of success as well as the will to continuously develop professionally and personally in a performance-oriented but familiar environment.
