Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative IP&E to be the primary contact for major automotive customers, handling full order management, logistics, and forecast execution.

You will drive improvements across lead times, data quality, and escalation handling while collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure on-time execution. Fluent English and German are required for this global role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Operations.
• Understand end-to-end processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Fluent in English and German; strong communication skills.
• Completed commercial or technical training/degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for key global Automotive customers, owning order management and logistics.
• Drive continuous improvements in lead times, data quality, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quoting, Asset, Legal, Logistics, Finance) and manage supplier interactions.
• Work across Arrow regions, time zones, and cultures; travel to customer sites as needed.

We distribute, customize, and deliver electronic components to customers across the globe.Our **Internal Sales Representative Automotive IP&E (m/f/d)** team is the primary point of contact for major global automotive customers.
