To further strengthen its business in Germany, we are looking for a committed individual to join as an Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d).

• Actively acquire new B2B customers for telephone answering services and other communication solutions
• Identify sales opportunities and independently conduct sales conversations
• Research relevant markets and develop target industries further in collaboration with the team
• Independently manage and maintain the sales funnel
• Analyze customer challenges and position the solutions offered to meet their needs
• Successfully close contracts and build and maintain sustainable customer relationships

• Strong closing skills and a hunter mentality
• Enjoyment of performance, competition, and sales
• Very strong communication skills on the phone
