Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an organized Health Systems Administration Trainer to deliver one-on-one and small-group virtual training for incoming staff. You will share institutional knowledge, explain configurations and integration points, and help new hires understand support processes and operational considerations.

You will develop documentation, transition guides, and job aids, provide orientation to internal teams and technology partners, and coordinate with College IT leadership to prioritize

• Provide one-on-one and small-group virtual training for incoming health systems administration staff.
• Transfer institutional and technical knowledge for health systems administration functions.
• Explain configurations, dependencies, integrations, support processes, and operations.
• Demonstrate procedures for monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and security.
• Provide orientation to College, university, and technology-partner relationships and resources.
• Review existing documentation and identify clarification needs.
• Develop or update transition documents, job aids, and process guides.
• Coordinate with College leadership to prioritize knowledge-transfer activities.
• Assist with troubleshooting and escalation understanding.
• Answer questions as the incoming employee assumes responsibility.
• Perform other transition and training duties as assigned.

• Transfer institutional and technical knowledge for health systems administration functions
• Explain systems configurations, dependencies, integrations, support processes, and operational considerations
• Demonstrate procedures for system monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, security practices, and related systems administration activities
• Provide orientation to College, University, and technology-partner relationships, contacts, escalation procedures, vendors, and support resources
• Review existing documentation and identify areas needing clarification or additional documentation
• Develop or update transition documentation, job aids, process guides, system reference materials, and other transition resources
• Provide context regarding historical system decisions, known issues, recurring problems, system dependencies, and institutional knowledge
• Support troubleshooting and escalation understanding
• Answer questions and provide clarification as the incoming employee assumes responsibility
• Coordinate with the Associate Dean for Clinical Services and College IT leadership to prioritize knowledge-transfer activities
• Perform other transition and training-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check
• A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process
