Jobtailor is seeking an IT professional to provide complete routine support and work on designated projects. You will contribute to solution development, assist with project documentation and status reporting, and create process flows while supporting information system requirements. The role requires remote work from 8:00 a.m.

• Must reside in Nevada, Florida, or Ohio.
• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or related field with three years IT experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or operational/financial role using supported systems or data.
• OR a High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience.
• OR a Bachelor’s degree with one year of experience.
• Completion of ITIL Foundations certification within 6 months of start date.
• Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with finance regular-cycle data reporting extraction, SQL, and Tableau preferred.
• Ability to use AI Fortec Coco AI software capabilities preferred.
• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
• Must comply with influenza prevention program and vaccination or exemption.
• Successful controlled-substance testing after offer.
