Task Description

• Plan, manage, and oversee the GLPI rollouts across multiple countries
• Coordinate international teams and align with local IT departments and business stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks; manage escalations where necessary
• Lead stakeholder and change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption support
• Provide regular reporting to the global program management and steering committee

Qualification

• Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager in international rollout projects
• Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Hands-on experience with GLPI or comparable ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management)
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management)
• Proven experience in change management and stakeholder management in a global context
• Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
