Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Sicherheit, idealerweise an Hochschulen oder Forschungsinstitutionen.
• Sehr gutes Verständnis von Informationstechnik (IT).
• Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Informationssicherheitsmanagement.

Aufgaben

• Einrichtung und Weiterentwicklung des Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS).
• Analyse rechtlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen.
• Koordination von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Audits.

Information Security Manager (d / m / w)

Your tasks: You

• set up the information security management system (ISMS) and control and develop it further in close cooperation with IT operations, data protection and auditing.
• analyze legal and regulatory requirements, advise the university management and report transparently on the security situation
• coordinate security measures and audits, support teams with practical implementation and share knowledge about best practices.
• develop and maintain emergency and crisis management processes, support security incidents in an appreciative and solution-oriented manner.
• promote a sustainable safety culture through training, awareness campaigns and collegial advice, strengthen affiliation and participation throughout the university

Our expectations: You

• have a university degree (Master's / Diploma) in natural sciences, humanities, economics or a comparable subject and have a very good understanding of information technology (IT).
• have sound knowledge of information security management in accordance with BSI IT-Grundschutz and ISO / IEC 27001 and apply this knowledge in a practical manner.
• have several years of professional experience in IT security, ideally in universities, administration or research institutions
• think strategically and analytically, communicate clearly and work together at management level and in a team in an appreciative manner
• bring initiative and organizational skills and drive information security forward cooperatively as a joint cross-sectional task.
