Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Supplier Development professional to strengthen supplier production systems across a global base. The role focuses on capability building in high‑complexity manufacturing, with emphasis on structured diagnosis and repeatable methods rather than site‑based IE work.
You will influence stakeholders across regions, drive system‑level improvements, and contribute to long‑term competitiveness. Travel internationally up to 30% is expected.
You will strengthen the industrial systems of Siemens Energy’s global supply base, particularly in high‑complexity manufacturing environments. This role focuses on supplier production systems and capability building, not site‑based Industrial Engineering support inside a single plant, and not supplier quality work centered on inspections, audits, or corrective action loops. Your work combines structured diagnosis of production systems (capacity, flow, stability, constraints) with targeted improvements and the expectation to translate what works into repeatable methods others can apply. You will operate in a corporate Supplier Development environment, working across business areas and functions, influencing suppliers and internal stakeholders across regions and cultures to drive sustainable improvements beyond individual interventions.
