Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated implementation consultant to plan and implement software rollouts with customers based on contracts in Bavaria.

You will clarify requirements, configure application parameters, train administrators, and support data integration while liaising between customers and agile development teams.

The role requires travel, fluent German and English, and a hands-on, solution-focused attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, computer science, or comparable qualification.
• Strong customer focus.
• Initial professional experience in project management or project coordination, ideally in the automotive supplier sector.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the Customer Service team after go-live and act as a point of contact for application-related questions
