Zusammenfassung

Prospeum is seeking an Implementation & Success Consultant to own the full journey from kick-off to production rollout and long-term success. You’ll translate customer needs into scalable procurement product outcomes and act as the central owner across the client relationship.

You will train customers to integrate Prospeum into their procurement processes, work with product and engineering, and drive retention with expansion opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in software/SaaS implementation, customer success, or consulting
• Background in startups, enterprise software, or consultancies: ideally with procurement or supply chain exposure
• Strong project management instincts: timelines, stakeholders, dependencies
• Comfortable with enterprise architectures, integrations, and system landscapes at a conceptual level
• Technical curiosity: APIs, data models, and JSON shouldn’t intimidate you
• Confident communicating with C-level stakeholders and managing expectations clearly
• Fluent German and strong English
