Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced professional to lead the rollout of onsite management structures for large-scale client projects across Germany. The role includes designing and digitalizing recruiting, talent pool management, and payroll processes, with close coordination of Recruiting, Legal and IT departments and procurement teams.

You will guide change processes, ensure stakeholder acceptance of the new workforce solution, and monitor milestones, budgets and SLAs through to project

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in the personnel services sector, ideally as an Onsite Manager, Key Account Manager or Project Manager.

• Design, implementation and digitalization of tailored recruiting, talent pool management and payroll processes.

• Support of client organizations through the change process and ensuring strong acceptance of the new workforce solution.
• Definition, monitoring and adherence to milestones, budgets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) until successful project completion.

Overall responsibilities

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the personnel services sector, ideally as an Onsite Manager, Key Account Manager or Project Manager in the enterprise / large-client segment
• Solid knowledge of the German Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) and ideally experience with modern Master Vendor processes
• Proven success in (agile) project management and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, confident presence at management level, high assertiveness and pronounced empathy for change processes
• High willingness to travel within Germany (depending on project phase) and the ability to work independently from a home office
