Zusammenfassung

Dyflexis is seeking an Implementation Consultant to onboard customers into our Workforce Management software across the DACH region. You will guide projects from intake to go‑live, work closely with Sales, the technical team, and other departments, and lead change management for larger clients.

You will travel across the DACH region and visit The Hague HQ as needed. You start with two to three weeks at The Hague HQ to learn the product and team, then work a hybrid pattern with two days in

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation, project, or consultancy role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to guide customers through onboarding and change management.
• Proactive, self‑driven with hands‑on approach and collaboration with sales and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in the DACH region.
• Fluency in German and English at C1 level; willingness to travel.

Our focus: ownership, clear communication, and getting things done together. You are the bridge between contract and customer, between signature and a team that uses our Workforce Management software. You run multiple onboardings at once, across retail, hospitality, and logistics, for customers across the DACH region. Different industries, customers, and countries, but one thing in common: they're counting on you.

This is what you will do

You guide customers step by step through their customer onboarding, from the first conversation to the day their team uses our Workforce Management software independently. Most of your time is spent hands-on, in the middle of projects, alongside strategic conversations with decision‑makers on the customer side.

As an Implementation Consultant, you take ownership of the whole process, work your way into new topics independently, and don't sit around and wait. Together with Sales, technical team, and other departments you estimate the scope, run the intake conversation with the customer, and you build your plan from there. For larger customers across the DACH region, you run process workshops and guide change management, so the new team gets on board.

This is what you will need

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation, project, or consultancy role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment

• Technical curiosity over coding skills: you learn new tools fast and explain them even faster

• You use AI as a natural part of your daily work, not as an afterthought

• Clear, confident communication and experience with change management

• C1-Level German and English, any additional language is a plus

• Willing to travel across the DACH region and to our HQ in The Hague

• Bonus: experience with Salesforce, a project management tool, PRINCE2 or similar methodology, or a background in hospitality

You start with two to three weeks at our HQ in The Hague, to get to know the product and your colleagues. After that, you work hybrid: two days in our Cologne office, the rest flexible, plus a monthly trip back to The Hague.
