What You’ll Do
  • Drive Sales Activation & Lead Generation: Spearhead targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads, leveraging digital tools (LinkedIn, Invidis) and data-driven insights.
  • Optimize MQL-to-SQL Conversion: Implement strategies to ensure smooth handoff from marketing-qualified leads to sales-qualified leads, maximizing conversion efficiency.
  • Localize & Adapt HQ/EHQ Programs: Execute and tailor global campaigns for local relevance, including web page updates and stakeholder communications.
  • Host Impactful Events: Organize LG/Channel/customer events to boost market visibility, engagement, and networking.
  • Create Persuasive Marketing Materials: Develop pitch decks, battle maps, press releases, and customer success stories to empower sales teams.
  • Master Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with prospects, using data-driven insights and personalized messaging.
  • Newsletter & Data Nurturing: Design and manage email campaigns and data nurturing programs to engage prospects and customers at every stage of the funnel.
  • Optimize Sales Programs: Align promotions, digital campaigns, and budgets with HQ strategies, ensuring ROI and performance tracking.
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Manage LG’s partner portal, loyalty programs, and stakeholder communications to enhance collaboration.
  • Empower Sales Teams: Educate resellers with market insights, training, and employer branding initiatives to elevate LG’s presence.
  • Manage mkt budget: Strategically utilize marketing funds and report on ROI, ensuring alignment with LG’s growth objectives.
  • Provide Market Insights: Deliver data-backed recommendations on market trends, demand, and customer needs to inform sales and product strategies.
  • Coordinate with Agencies (PR, Event, etc.): Work closely with PR firms, event agencies, and other external partners to align campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and maximize impact.
What You Must Have
  • 5+ years in Marketing (B2B), with experience in multicultural companies.
  • Studies in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Agency Collaboration: Proven track record of working with PR, event, and creative agencies.
  • Digital Strategy & Event Management: Expertise in email marketing, web management, salesforce, etc. (Eloqua, HubSpot, or similar tools).
  • MQL-to-SQL Conversion: Experience optimizing lead handoffs.
  • Localization Skills: Adapts global campaigns for regional relevance.
  • Analytical & Creative: Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Eloqua, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Fluent in English and German.
