Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, preferably with a focus on HR, or equivalent qualification
• Experience in support, personnel development, recruiting, compensation & benefits, with knowledge of labor, social security, and tax laws
• Excellent communication skills and quick comprehension
• Ability to establish processes and structures in a rapidly growing company
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Reliable, committed, and team-oriented
• Enjoy solving technical challenges
• High sense of responsibility and self-motivation
