Overview

Location: Germany. Type: Full-Time. Role Overview: We are looking for an HR professional based in Germany who can manage both end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong knowledge of German labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle HR operations: employee records, contracts, payroll coordination, and benefits.
  • Support compliance with German labor regulations and company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and relations.
  • Assist in performance management, training coordination, and HR reporting.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of HR experience in Germany, covering both recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR compliance.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Xing, job boards).
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
  • Prior experience in IT / Tech or international companies.
  • HR certifications (e.g., PHRi, SHRM, or German HR-related certifications).
