Allied Vision seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to provide comprehensive HR support in a dynamic, international setting. You will administer employee documents, maintain HR records, assist in recruiting and onboarding, and participate in cross-location HR projects. Proficiency in German and English, attention to detail, and reliability are essential as we foster a flexible work environment and professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in Human Resources Management.
• Ideally some professional experience in a similar HR role.
• Basic knowledge of labor, tax and social security law.

• Provide personal and administrative support to employees in all HR issues.
• Prepare employee certificates, correspondence, and contract documents.
• Maintain master data in the HR information system and manage archiving.
• Support HR business partners in recruiting, onboarding, changes and exits.
• Lead independent HR projects within responsibility and participate in larger programs.
• Assist with office and travel management.

Your tasks

• Personal and administrative support of our employees in all personnel-related issues
• Preparation of employee certificates and correspondence and preparation of contract documents, certificates and references
• Maintenance of master data in the personnel information system as well as execution of personnel storage including archiving
• Support of HR business partners in the recruiting, onboarding, change and exit processes
• Assumption of independent HR projects in the area of responsibility and participation in larger, large-scale projects
• Support in office and travel management

Your profile

• Successfully completed training with a background in Human Resources Management
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable position
• Basic knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
• Experienced use of Microsoft Office as well as a personnel information system
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Interest in working in an international environment
• Reliable and structured way of working, sense of responsibility and service orientation
