Job summary

STS Group in Frankfurt, Germany seeks an experienced HSE Advisor to support mission-critical electrical projects. You will perform site audits, develop HSE documents, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

Collaboration with site management, subcontractors, and clients is essential to uphold the STS Mission Zero. Ideal candidates hold third-level qualifications in Environmental, Health & Safety, strong English, and proven ability to learn new systems quickly.

Join STS Group as our next HSE Advisor in Frankfurt, Germany.

We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental professional to support our exciting mission-critical projects. We are currently delivering a large package of electrical work for a mission-critical project in Frankfurt. STS Group is fully committed to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental practices; this position will play an essential role for our business.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will work closely with our site management teams to ensure a positive, well-informed EHS culture. Key to this role will be identifying all EHS risks and ensuring the best prevention and mitigation controls are in place across the projects.

Some of the duties include:

The Expert -

Conducting regular site audits and assessments, following up on corrective actions and becoming the go-to for all things Health, Safety, and Environmental.

Sharing and Reporting

Development of project-specific HSE documents in conjunction with the project management team (HSE Plans, RAMS, Aspects & Impacts Register etc).

Meeting the Highest Standards

Ensuring our sites are compliant with all relevant HSE legislation, and adherent to our HSEQ Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001).

Team Collaboration

Proactively work with site management teams, subcontractors, and clients to promote the project EHS requirements.

Promoting "STS Mission Zero"

Making sure company inductions, site orientations and training are delivered in a timely manner.

Who We're Looking For

• Relevant third-level qualifications and training in Environmental, Health & Safety.
• Good knowledge of current HSE-related legislation & regulations.
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems with ease.
• A self-starter and capable of working on your own initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High Proficiency in the English language (written & spoken).
