Aufgaben

• Administer the time and attendance system, including the processing and follow-up of sickness notifications and medical certificates.
• Coordinate the distribution and reconciliation of employee benefit vouchers (Pluxee).
• Maintain and issue employee access cards.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics, including sick leave, overtime, and workforce statistics.
• Create employment-related documents and certificates.
• Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR master data.
• Independently lead and support HR projects, such as process optimization and digitalization initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the HR Planning & Operations team across a broad range of HR activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and administrative procedures.
