Zusammenfassung

TAKRAF Group is seeking an experienced HR Specialist – Training & Development to shape and advance our global people development landscape. You will own global frameworks, implement modern learning solutions, and drive performance and talent management across the organization, with focus in Germany.

You will collaborate with global and local stakeholders, strengthen leadership culture, enable employee growth, and support business transformation in a dynamic, multi-location environment.

Qualifikationen

  • University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in HR development, learning, or talent management.
  • Proven experience in international HR environments.
  • Experience with Workday Learning and Talent is highly desirable.
  • Strong affinity for HR systems with strong technical understanding.
  • Experience working with a works council is a plus.
  • Business fluent in German and English (C1–C2).
  • Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.

Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement a global training and talent development strategy aligned with business needs.
  • Develop a global performance management framework, consolidating processes from 11 countries.
  • Design and implement global talent assessment and review processes, plus structured career paths and development programs.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives and create leadership guidelines.
  • Act as SME for Workday Learning and Talent platform; support implementation, adoption, and day-to-day operations after go-live.
  • Collaborate with Workday team to optimize Learning and Talent processes, ensuring system usage, data quality, and uptake.
  • Curate and continuously improve learning content on the internal platform.
  • Support global HR projects and ensure effective implementation in Germany.
  • Modernize and manage the trainee program in Germany.
  • Analyze employee survey results and translate into concrete actions for the German organization.
  • Manage training budgets and cost control.
  • Serve as a key interface between Global HR, local HR teams, and business stakeholders on training and development topics.

[German version below] We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Specialist – Training & Development (m/f/d) to shape and advance our global people development landscape. This role combines a strong international focus with local responsibility for our German offices. You will take ownership of building structured development frameworks, implementing modern learning solutions, and driving a consistent performance and talent management approach across our global organization, while also ensuring effective implementation and impact in Germany. You will work closely with global and local stakeholders and play a key role in strengthening our leadership culture, enabling employee growth, and supporting our business transformation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global training and talent development strategy aligned with business needs
  • Develop a global performance management framework, including alignment and consolidation of existing processes from 11 countries
  • Design and implement global talent assessment and review processes, as well as structured career paths and development programs across the organization
  • Drive leadership development initiatives, including the creation of leadership guidelines
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Workday Learning and Talent platform, supporting implementation, future functionality adoption, and day‑to‑day Learning and Talent processes after go‑live
  • Partner with our Workday team to drive the ongoing optimization of Learning and Talent processes, ensuring effective system utilization, data quality, and user adoption
  • Curate, manage, and continuously improve learning content on the internal learning platform
  • Support relevant global HR projects and ensure effective local implementation in Germany
  • Modernize and manage the trainee program in Germany
  • Analyze employee survey results and insights into concrete actions for the German organization
  • Manage training budgets and cost control
  • Act as a key interface between global HR, local HR teams, and business stakeholders on all training and development topics

  • Erfahrung mit Workday Learning & Talent ist ein klarer Pluspunkt
  • Hohe Affinität zu HR-Systemen und ein gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1–C2)
