Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced finance professionals fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks reflecting German finance practices. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real finance work as performed in Germany.

Role details include remote, approx. 21 hours per week, hourly compensation, with a pilot running from Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in German (required).
• Experience in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany.
• Strong knowledge of German financial practice (HGB / IFRS, BaFin regulation, German tax rules).
