Jobtailor is seeking an HR Shared Services PMO Lead to map current HR processes, design a TO BE shared services model, and drive the implementation as PMO across the LAC region. The role includes planning transitions, producing operational documentation, and tracking performance and user experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in HR Shared Services projects, strong process-mapping skills, and proficiency in Office tools, with solid English and Spanish abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Reside in the São Paulo metropolitan area
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in HR shared services center implementation projects
• Technical knowledge in process detailing and mapping
• Intermediate English and Spanish
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
