Zusammenfassung

Tintschl Technik GmbH, a long-standing partner of AIRBUS Defence and Space, seeks an HR Project & Change Specialist. You will support HR transformation projects, create communication materials, and help run workshops at our client sites.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in business/psychology, 2–3 years HR experience, and proven change-management skills. German and English fluency required, with opportunities for home office in agreement with our clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field
• At least 2–3 years of solid professional experience in Human Resources, e.g. as an HR Generalist or Junior HR Business Partner
• More than 3 years of experience in HR administration / Human Resources
• Proven experience in supporting change processes
• Good knowledge of Change Management
• Sound basic knowledge of operational recruiting
• Experience with HR reporting and key metrics
• Experience with employment marketing activities is mandatory
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience with standard HR systems, ideally Workday or SAP
• Sound understanding of potential AI applications in HR, particularly for process optimization
• Fluent German and English (negotiation level)

The position holder (d/f/m) works as HR Project & Change Specialist (HR Project & Support Specialist).

Your Tasks
