Zusammenfassung

Tintschl Technik GmbH is seeking an Embedded Software Architect for Avionics & Real-Time Systems. You will design, develop and integrate embedded avionics software for aerospace applications and ensure compliance with DO-178C/DO-254 standards.

The role requires 3+ years in aerospace, strong C/C++ or Ada skills, VxWorks RTOS, and familiarity with ARINC 653. A Master’s degree and English fluency are essential, with German as a plus. Hybrid work options may be available with our clients.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable field.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in IT / information systems.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in the aerospace industry.
• Proven experience in embedded software development for avionics or aerospace applications is required.
• Experience with C/C++ and/or Ada and real-time operating systems such as VxWorks is required.
• Experience with avionics standards such as ARINC 653 and DO-178C and safety-critical software development.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, including resource segregation and drivers.
• Knowledge of hardware architectures such as x86, ARM and RISC-V.
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies.
• Fluent English (negotiation level); German is an advantage.
