• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei Planung und Umsetzung von Transformations- und Change-Projekten.
• Erstellung von Präsentationen, Leitfäden und Kommunikationsmaterialien für interne Change-Prozesse.
• Vor- und Nachbereitung interner Workshops und Change-Events.
• Erstellung und Aufbereitung regelmäßiger HR-Berichte und KPI.
• Unterstützung allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im HR-Alltag.
• Gestaltung lokaler HR-Prozesse und Vorlagen im Zusammenhang mit KI.
• Unterstützung beim Bewerbungsprozess.
• Pflege des Talentpools und aktive Ansprache potenzieller Kandidaten.
• Unterstützung bei Aktivitäten im Employment Marketing.

Your Prospective Job:

You are acting as a HR Project & Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Immenstaad am Bodensee.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting the planning and implementation of transformation and change projects
• Creating presentations, guidelines, and communication materials for internal change processes
• Preparation and follow-up for internal workshops and change events
• Generating and preparing regular HR reports and key metrics
• Supporting general administrative tasks in the day-to-day operations of the HR department
• Shaping local HR processes and templates linked to AI
• Support managing the application process
• Maintaining the talent pool and actively approaching potential candidates
• Supporting employment marketing activities

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Psychology or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in HR and HR Administration (e.g. as an HR Generalist or Junior HR Business Partner)
• Experience in supporting change processes, in marketing activities and reporting
• Good knowledge in Change Management
• Basic knowledge of operational recruiting
• User skills in Google Workspace, HR Systems (Workday, SAP) and application of AI
• Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
