• Manage and coordinate payroll-related activities and HR administration with the payroll specialist at Swatch Group Germany
• Maintain personnel records and HR systems, including assignment notifications
• Oversee social insurance and contract management processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and HR controlling activities
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for local management and corporate stakeholders
• Support workforce planning and HR analytics activities
• Maintain and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and data quality
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a positive employee experience across multiple locations
• Coordinate relocation support and employee recognition activities (e.g., housing, gifts, and flowers)

As a key member of our international HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations across multiple countries. You will manage a broad range of HR activities, including payroll coordination, social insurance administration, contract management, budgeting, HR controlling, and reporting.

Working closely with managers and employees across Switzerland, Germany, and the Czech Republic, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth HR processes and providing valuable support through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
