DP World in Germany seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to guide managers on people-related matters and to support employees throughout the lifecycle. You will lead HR initiatives, drive performance management, analyze workforce data, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performing, engaged organization.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR/People role within a large, international organization.
• Solid knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and people management practices.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools.

• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to ensure an effective, high-quality recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards while advising managers on best practices.
• Support organizational change initiatives, works council collaboration, and complex employee relations matters to drive business success.
