Responsibilities
- Technical task management for HR specialists
- Ensuring compliance with legal, operational, and individual contractual provisions
- Conducting personnel selection interviews for specialists and managers
- Implementing measures in the area of compensation and benefits
- Designing and implementing HR projects in coordination with the HR manager, Level 2
- Providing advice and support on all personnel-related issues and aspects of labor law
- Creating and maintaining project plans for HR projects, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
- Progress monitoring and evaluation, preparation of reports, and support in the preparation of HR controlling reports
- Participation in the development, maintenance, and optimization of HR processes
- Participation in the design of works agreements in coordination with the HR line organization
- Ensuring targeted project communication internally and externally
Requirements
- Completed degree with a focus on human resources, organization, or labor law, or comparable qualification
- Relevant experience as an HR manager/HR officer
- Extensive knowledge of the Works Constitution Act as well as labor and social security law
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
- Good user knowledge of SAP/R3 (HR)
- High affinity for software and confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with a corresponding understanding of data preparation options (e.g., Pivot)
- Open-mindedness and ability to work in a team
- Assertiveness
- Knowledge and experience in the application of process optimization methods
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, MS Project, MS Visio
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Business fluent English skills (spoken and written), additional foreign language (Spanish, French) desirable
- High social competence
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel on business
- Analytical thinking and a high degree of self-organization
