Job summary

Speexx, headquartered in Munich, is seeking an HR Generalist to support the DACH region. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional employee experiences, managing core HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance across our multinational team.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers, drive automation and AI-enabled HR improvements, and help shape onboarding, development, and workplace culture across Europe and beyond. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Generalist, People Operations, HR Advisory, or similar HR roles.
• Knowledge of German employment law and payroll processes.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience working with HR systems, ideally Personio.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Support employees and managers on HR policies, payroll, benefits, contracts.
• Ensure compliance with German employment regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate payroll preparation and maintain accurate employee data.
• Support employee experience, workplace culture, and engagement initiatives, including onboarding activities, internal events, office-related projects, and programs that foster connection, wellbeing, and a positive employee experience.
• Manage benefits and collaborate with external providers and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements through automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support HR reporting, documentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to regional and global People & Culture projects.

Your Impact

As our HR Generalist for the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience from the very first interaction through every milestone of the employee lifecycle. You won't simply manage HR processes. You'll help create an environment where employees feel supported, empowered, informed, and connected throughout their journey at Speexx. Working closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and colleagues across our international People & Culture team, you'll bring operational excellence, empathy, and innovation to everything you do. Your work will directly influence how employees experience onboarding, growth, development, workplace culture, and offboarding. You'll be trusted to improve processes, introduce smarter ways of working, leverage technology and AI, and continuously enhance the moments that matter most to our people.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Experience in HR Generalist, People Operations, HR Advisory, or similar HR roles.
• Knowledge of German employment law and payroll processes.
• Experience working with HR systems, ideally Personio.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365, HR technology, and AI-powered tools.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
