Job summary

Pluxee in Frankfurt, a global player in employee benefits, seeks a dedicated HR Business Partner to support Germany and Austria. You will manage payroll coordination, onboarding to offboarding, and HR administration with discretion.

You will partner with managers, ensure compliance with employment law, maintain HR systems, and contribute to process improvements. Fluency in German and professional English are required; at least five years of HR experience are expected.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner who will professionally support and further develop our HR department with diligence, discretion, and a passion for administrative tasks. In this multifaceted role, you will be a central point of contact for employees and managers in Germany and Austria and will make a significant contribution to smooth HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

• You will be responsible for the smooth and error‑free processing of payroll (coordination of our external partners).
• Employee support from onboarding to offboarding (payroll registration, drafting employment contracts, confirmations, references, terminations, etc.)
• Maintenance and management of personnel files and HR IT systems
• Contact person for all HR administrative matters
• Employment law consultation
• Preparation of monthly reports, Project work
• Contact person for internal and external audits
• Recruiting, development of a well‑structured process landscape
• knowledge of payroll and employment law;
• certifications are a plus.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Native or C1 -C2 level German and Professional English
