Job summary

Tintschl Technik GmbH seeks an ERP Program PMO Support to contribute to a challenging ERP programme in the aerospace and defence sector. You will handle data integration, scheduling, risk management, and process tool implementation within a fixed-term contract until Oct 2027.

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in engineering, business or economics, 2+ years in project management, and strong MS Office skills. German and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or comparable field.
• More than 2 years of professional experience in project management and experience in finance and process planning.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Fluent German and English (negotiation level).

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as ERP Program PMO Support (d/f/m and contribute to a challenging ERP programme within the aerospace & defence environment.

Candidates must be eligible to work on military or NATO projects with the necessary security clearances.

Please note that this position is fixed-term until the end of October 2027.

The main tasks and responsibilities:

• Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource and quality data
• Programme and project planning and scheduling, including breakdown structures
• Risk and opportunity management
• Performance monitoring, milestone tracking, reporting and phase reviews
• Contractual data configuration control and change management
• Implementation and management of project management processes and tools

Requirements:

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field

More than 2 years of professional experience in project management, as well as relevant experience in finance and process planning

Advanced MS Office skills

• Experience with Unified Planning – must-have
• Experience with Jira and Confluence – required
• Experience with Google Workspace is an advantage
• Fluent/negotiation-level German and English
