Job summary

Shift4 is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals in our Münster area. The role emphasizes strategic workforce planning, leadership coaching, employee relations, and data-driven HR initiatives to enable growth and engagement.

You will partner with leaders to drive culture, performance, and capability-building while ensuring fair labor practices and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of HR experience, including HR business partnership in a complex environment.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills with proven ability to impact business outcomes.
• Experience managing employee relations, talent initiatives, and organizational change.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, iCIMS) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• SHRM-CP/SCP preferred; experience in high-volume or call center environments a plus.
