The Creative Director is responsible for shaping and maintaining the brand’s visual identity, tone, copy, and creative direction across all channels. This individual contributor role oversees the development and execution of creative assets for campaigns, product launches, partnerships, paid media, and brand storytelling. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams, the Creative Director ensures that all creative output aligns with business goals and resonates with target audiences. Responsibilities include managing internal creatives, freelancers, and agency partners to deliver high-quality content efficiently and at scale. The position also requires strong leadership in guiding video production, design systems, and performance-driven creative, while staying informed on cultural, technological, and industry trends.
Target base compensation is $150k-$170k annually, with actual salary based on skills, experience, education, internal comparisons, performance, and location. Unlock’s Total Rewards include 401K matching, health benefits, stock options, and paid time off.
