One95 Global is seeking an HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental management on a major data centre build in Frankfurt. You will own the project HSE plan, lead the site safety team and act as the key HSE interface with the client and subcontractors.

This senior, site-based role requires strong leadership, fluency in English, and a solid background in German H&S legislation and ISO management systems. Long-term opportunities exist across the European pipeline.

Formación

• Must have NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and senior HSE experience.
• Experience managing HSE on large-scale construction projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of German H&S legislation and management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all health, safety and environmental activities across the project.
• Develop and maintain the project HSE plan, procedures and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with German legislation, client requirements and industry best practice.
• Lead and develop the site HSE team.
• Assess and approve contractor safety plans and review high-risk activities.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions are closed out.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement.
• Chair HSE meetings with the client and trade contractors.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and HSE training.
• Produce regular HSE reports and track performance against safety KPIs.

HSE Manager – Data Centre Construction – Frankfurt, Germany An established international contractor is looking for an HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental management on a major data centre build in Frankfurt. You'll own the project HSE plan, lead the site safety team and act as the key HSE interface with the client, project leadership and subcontractors. This is a senior site-based role on one of Europe's fastest-growing construction sectors, with long-term opportunities across the contractor's European data centre pipeline.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead all health, safety and environmental activities across the project
• Develop, implement and maintain the project HSE plan, procedures and management systems
• Ensure compliance with German legislation, client requirements and industry best practice
• Lead and develop the site HSE team
• Assess and approve contractor safety plans and review high-risk activities
• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions are closed out
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement
• Chair HSE meetings with the client and trade contractors
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and HSE training

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager on large-scale construction projects
• Relevant H&S qualification – NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of construction H&S legislation and management systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001)
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in a client-facing role
• Fluent English
• EU passport or right to work in Germany
