Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd. seeks an EHS Manager for Frankfurt, Germany, on an initial six‑month contract to lead health, safety and environmental efforts across datacenter construction projects.

You will monitor performance, ensure compliance with global EHS programs, and present data to senior leadership while coordinating with GC EHS teams on daily site audits and life‑safety requirements. US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive construction experience with data center or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience in EHS/HSE manager roles or lead positions.
• Eligibility to work in the US.
• Professional safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GC’s EHS performance to ensure compliance with EHS plans, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and uphold global health and safety programs that may exceed regulatory standards.
• Support VP EHS with data on contractor EHS performance, trends, investigations, and metrics.
• Perform daily EHS audits of active datacenter construction with GC EHS teams.

EHS Manager – Frankfurt, Germany – Initial 6-Month Contract – Data Centres

Ou client is a global data centre leader that works with the world’s biggest tech companies to deliver reliable and sustainable infrastructure. The business has secured major investment and is entering an exciting growth phase. They’re now looking for a EHS Manager who wants to be part of new projects, expanding capacity and driving high‑performance mechanical systems.

What you’ll deliver:

• Routinely monitor GC’s EHS performance to ensure the Project contractors are in compliance with written EHS plans, policies, procedures, practices, government regulatory requirements, and any additional clientexpectations or deliverables that have been identified in the contract
• Ensure compliance and implementation of our client's global health and safety programs that may exceed regulatory requirements
• Support client VP EHS when presenting current data on contractor’s EHS performance, including trending, incident investigation and management, EHS metrics and other key information
• Conduct a daily EHS audit of active datacenter construction Project with a member of the GC’s EHS team to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements as well as life safety requirements

Experience required:

• Extensive construction experience with majority experience in leading EHS in data center or heavy industrial construction projects.
• Previous experience of working in a EHS / HSE manager or lead role is required.
• Must have eligibility to work in US
• Preferred professional safety certification (i.e., Graduate Safety Practitioner [GSP], Construction Health & Safety Tech [CHST], OSHA 500 / ASP or CSP / Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction Management, or a related degree in science/engineering discipline with coursework in safety
