Job summary

Talantir is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead site EHS on a large-scale construction programme in Germany. You will oversee the safety team, drive an Injury-Free culture, and ensure contractors meet top-tier safety standards.

You will manage readiness reviews, Go/No-Go assessments, safety walks, and incident investigations while tracking indicators. You’ll coach contractors to adopt proactive safety behaviours on this critical project.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in EHS or Occupational Safety.
• 10+ years in construction safety leadership.
• Experience on large industrial/mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of German EHS regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence safety culture.
