Alignerr is seeking an AI Content Specialist in Health Policy & Management to apply MPH-level expertise to health data, policy analysis, and ethical AI outputs.

You will design health scenarios, author evidence-based responses, audit AI-generated health guidance, and help models distinguish correlation from causation while serving diverse populations.

This fully remote, hourly engagement offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and potential renewals for ongoing collaborations with leading AI labs.

Qualifications

• Holds a Masters in Public Health or closely related graduate degree.
• Strong foundational expertise in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy.
• Able to translate complex health data into clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive written content.
• Detail-oriented when evaluating statistical significance, data citations, and health intervention logic.
• No prior AI experience required.

This is your opportunity to apply your epidemiology, biostatistics, and health policy knowledge to one of the most consequential technology challenges of our time: making sure AI systems provide accurate, evidence-based, and ethically grounded health information.

What You'll Do

• Design Complex Health Scenarios — Create advanced public health challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, clinical trial interpretation, and policy analysis.
• Author Expert-Level Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses grounded in peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and authoritative guidelines (CDC, WHO, and more).
• Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, logical consistency, and adherence to ethical standards. Identify misinformation and reasoning gaps.
• Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured, high-quality feedback that helps AI models better distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks clearly, and serve diverse populations equitably.

Who You Are

• Holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or closely related graduate degree
• Strong foundational expertise in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy
• Able to translate complex health data into clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive written content
• Detail-oriented when evaluating statistical significance, data citations, and health intervention logic
• No prior AI experience required — we'll onboard you

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research coordination
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
• Background in health communication, clinical research, or public health surveillance
