Alignerr is hiring for a remote, hourly contract role to review AI-generated content for accuracy across text, image, and data formats. You will rate content using clear rubrics and provide actionable feedback to improve AI models.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours (10–40 hours per week). No prior AI experience required—just strong reading, critical thinking, and excellent written English to perform high-quality reviews.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for accuracy and quality
• Rate content using clear rubrics and structured evaluation guidelines
• Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI responses fall short
• Write clear, actionable feedback that directly guides how AI models improve
• Work across a diverse range of topics and content types

Who You Are

• A sharp eye for detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable reading and evaluating written content at scale
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written English communication skills
• No prior AI or technical experience required — if you can read critically and think carefully, you're qualified

Nice to Have

• Background in writing, editing, research, journalism, or quality assurance
• Experience with structured evaluation or annotation workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or language models
