Alignerr is seeking experienced Medical Science Liaisons to evaluate AI-generated medical content for accuracy and clinical relevance. This remote hourly contract role leverages your MSL expertise to improve AI communications in life sciences.

You will work independently with flexible hours, ensuring scientific integrity across biomedical narratives. Ideal candidates have a background in medical affairs or clinical research and can interpret publications and trial data.

• Identify errors, misrepresentations, or gaps in AI-generated scientific narratives.
• Provide structured expert feedback to improve AI model outputs in medical and life-science domains.
• Apply healthcare communication expertise to assess how well AI conveys information to clinical audiences.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

About The Role

We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical scientists to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for life science and healthcare applications. Your deep knowledge of clinical data, medical evidence, and healthcare communication will directly shape how AI understands and communicates complex biomedical information.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness

• Comfortable evaluating scientific content quality at scale
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and scientific integrity
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality review workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model applications in healthcare
• Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field (MD, PharmD, PhD)
