Zusammenfassung

Uniper is seeking a Head of Solar Development Engineering to lead the Development Engineering team across a diverse project portfolio. You will provide technical leadership through the entire project lifecycle, oversee studies, and drive optimization for performance and cost.

You will ensure compliance with standards and drive digitalization of engineering processes, data management, and risk management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to advance grid connection

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, mechanical, renewable energy or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of renewable energy engineering experience, including utility-scale solar.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, grid connection and project development.

Your profile
