Zusammenfassung

Uniper is seeking a senior lead for the Solar & BESS Engineering Team to drive development across a diverse project portfolio. You will provide technical leadership through the entire lifecycle, oversee studies and design, and optimize for performance, cost, and constructability.

You will ensure compliance with standards, advance digitalization of engineering processes, and manage risks while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for project execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, mechanical, renewable energy, or a related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in renewable energy engineering, including utility-scale Solar projects.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, grid connection, and project development.
• Experience in project optimization, technical due diligence, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Your profile
