Uniper is seeking a Senior Development Engineer to lead the Development Engineering team and drive end-to-end project development for Solar and BESS initiatives in Germany. The role focuses on technical leadership, studies, and optimization across the project portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have extensive renewable energy experience, proven team leadership, and deep knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, grid connections, and due diligence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, mechanical, renewable energy, or related engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in renewable energy engineering, including utility-scale Solar projects.
• 3+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, grid connection, and project development.
• Experience in project optimization, technical due diligence, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Your profile
